

Hello there! My name is Alizée F.
I am passionate about weightlifting and helping people achieve their fitness goals. Since 2019, I have been actively involved in training individuals in the art of weightlifting. To ensure that I provide the highest quality of instruction, I obtained my certification from Sydney Clean Health Fitness Institute, known for its professionalism and comprehensive training methods. Also obtained New Zealand Reps registration and first aid certification.
Recognising the importance of continuous growth and improvement, I have sought guidance from renowned professionals in the field. I have had the privilege of working with experienced’ trainer natural bodybuilder Marvin who have not only coached me but also helped me refine my skills as a trainer in Hong Kong . Also Through the course of learning with esteemed educators in Australia like Hattie Boydle and Sebastian Oreb, a respected strength coach, I have stayed up-to-date with the latest training techniques and methodologies.
One principle I firmly believe in is the significance of performing exercises with proper form and technique. I understand that being strong is not just about lifting heavy weights but also about ensuring that the body moves efficiently and safely. I emphasize the importance of cultivating a positive mindset that supports overall well-being, as I believe that a healthy mindset is crucial in any fitness journey.
In addition to my dedication to weightlifting, I also adopt a flexible diet approach. I understand that nutrition plays a vital role in achieving optimal fitness results, and I strive to educate my clients about maintaining a balanced and sustainable approach to their dietary habits.
I am a certified personal trainer with additional certifications in Yin Yoga and Reformer Pilates. My approach is holistic—I believe that true wellness comes from nurturing both body and mind, not just focusing on one aspect of training. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or find balance through mindful movement, I’m here to support and guide you every step of the way on your fitness journey.
Outside of my professional life, I am a proud mother of two daughters and cherish an active lifestyle. I believe in leading by example and aspire to inspire others to embrace a healthy life balance, one that encompasses both physical fitness and personal fulfillment.
