Nurse Sabrina started training with me mid March2024, latest photo was taken in September 2024. great body recomposition and gaining good amounts of muscle , also created great fat loss. She felt stronger at work , and more energetic as she is eating more macros in her diet.

Kyumoon came to me for training, with the goals of building strength and increasing her muscle mass.
